Analogue Tape Glove

“Instead of moving the tape over a play head, the tape is fixed stationary to a wall. As a participant, you wear a glove that has the playhead on your finger trip, allowing you to drag your finger over the tape to play the audio.”

Night Lights, an interactive project

“In this installation YesYesNo teamed up with The Church, Inside Out Productions and Electric Canvas to turn the Auckland Ferry Building into an interactive playground. Our job was to create an installation that would go beyond merely projection on buildings and allow viewers to become performers, by taking their body movements and amplifying them 5 stories tall. We used 3 different types of interaction – body interaction on the two stages, hand interaction above a light table, and phone interaction with the tracking of waving phones. There were 6 scenes, cycled every hour for the public. We had a great deal of fun making this, hope you enjoy it too”.

Audience by Chris O’Shea

This is an installation by the artist Chris O’Shea, and is called Audience.

I put here some words by the artist about this video:

Audience, conceived by rAndom International, is an installation consisting of around 64 head-size mirror objects. Each object moves its head in a particular way to give it different characteristics of human behaviour. Some chat amongst themselves, some shy away and others confidently move to grab your attention.

This work was done in collaboration with with rAndom International for the Deloitte Ignite Festival at the Royal Opera House.
